Con-Dek® Systems are 1-hour, Class “A” Fire Rated waterproof deck coatings for concrete or approved substrates that offer high durability and low maintenance for exterior use. These systems are designed for high traffic pedestrian balconies, roof decks, walkways and stairs where waterproofing and durability are essential. For areas that are vulnerable to snow, salt, humidity and rainfall, Con-Dek offers an Inclement Weather System that meets mandatory requirements to stand up to the elements.

Con-Dek Standard System

The Con-Dek System is a 1-hour, Class “A” Fire Rated waterproof deck coatings for concrete substrates that offers high durability and low maintenance for exterior use. The system is designed for high traffic pedestrian balconies, roof decks, walkways and stairs where waterproofing and durability is essential. The Con-Dek System consists of .75 oz fiberglass mat, elastomeric resin and a durable polymer cement finish coat. Architectural details upon request.
